EMPTY PROMISES BUT NO GOODS - PRINS JEWELLERY DESIGNS

Still waiting to receive my order. Each week I message and each week I receive a reply from Antoinette telling me that she will be sending my goods shortly, but they never arrive. I made a comment to this effect on one of their many Facebook adverts, which they have now deleted, so somebody is alive there! All I want is the items I have paid for.
