Dont waste your money and time.

My daughter ear ring has broken and I wanated to get it repaird ,I spoke to Tin and he said it they would quote me ,I needed it urgently and advised him to go ahead and get a quote Ref18174,3 days later he came back with an amount,I sms's thenm and called them to go ahead and fix it ,He spoke very rudley to me at the time as thou I was bothering him anyhow 4 days later I get a sms its reacy for collection.I get to the store at 8:45 they see me waiting I assume they open at 9 am on a monday by then 2 people were already waiting ,come 9 oc clock they still setting up etc,they only opened the store at 9:15 I find this very unprofessional especailly since its not a busy store and any buisness is good buisness right ?Wrong they couldnt give a damn they said there were stuck in traffic and something about opening late being a risk etc ...anyhow get in as Im not in a hurry to collect my jewellery only to find out it had not been repaird.People take your money to another store one that actually gives a damn!!!!I then took my stuff to De Wets across from Kays and was even greeted politely.
