Disrespectful employees

Only empty promises from the Brooklyn branch. Great service the first time walking in however after purchasing the service hoes down hill, especially when trying to get exchanging and trying to get a refund. The so called manager does not know her products and has no respect.

I will a 100% never go back nor recommend the store. The WhatsApp messages as well as her WhatsApp profile picture was so disrespectful to any customer.
