Bracelet

<p>I got my fiancé a bracelet 8 days ago for Christmas. I showed him last night and its not the bracelet he was talking about and not even the jewellery shop. a huged miscommunication. I called in to find out if I can be refunded but they refuse . since I bought it its been kept safe. its not like I have had it for weeks and months. I would appreciate if you can refund me. I dont want to exchange it for aomething else. how is exchange a possibility but to refund is a problem</p>
