Exemplary Service from Tshepiso of JC Jewellery

In a world where one experience bad service in extremis, it comes as a surprise (a shock even) when you are instead confronted with service of the highest quality, as was the case when my wife and I (looking to sell some gold items) happened on JC Jewellery in the Centurion Mall.

We were met by a friendly staff member and were referred to Tshepiso, who took over and she and my wife disappeared from view. I decided to go for a cup of coffee and some meandering (or patrolling😄) to check out all the stores since it has been a while since we last visited the mall.

Upon returning to the jewellery store I was met by my wife with a surprised but happy look on her face – the reason being that she said she received top notch service from Tshepiso – and that it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, one that she surely did not expect but never the less received.

In closing we would therefore thank Tshepiso for her exemplary service – she is an asset to the company and an excellent example of how to make a client a friend!
