Bad service from Jeweled

I placed an order from Jeweled, I ordered 3 clip charms and paid for all 3. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and delivery. When I received my order only 2 charms were sent. I immediately tried to contact them without any answer. E-mails/whatsapp calls and messages/Face Book messages - none of my communications were answered.
