Unhappy customer

The food was horrible from vegetarian to non vegetarian including the starters Service was bad , there are only 2 waiters on duty who were the same people serving, making the drinks , helping in the kitchen and cleaning. We were a table of 12 who had made a reservation and were celebrating a birthday. It took almost an hr to get a milkshake We did not get the food that was ordered. After receiving the meals they forgot to place 1 order . I placed an order for a cup of masala chai after the meal only to be told that the chef wouldn’t be able to make it as a group of about 10 walked in for supper. From what I gathered there was only 1 chef because he came out and took the order from the group of 10. This place doesn’t come cheap so one would’ve expected exceptionally good food and service . The ambiance is dull and very unattractive . When asked to speak to the manager I was told there is no manager. One toilet to service both male and female . Bad experience, would never recommend this place.
