Poor service and crafmanship

Poor service and craftmanship! Brought a ring for alterations, and service promised was not delivered, and dissatified with end product. The ring was sent back to fix, after a month there was a problem and had to return once again. When collected the problem was not fixed and had to send the ring back again!!
