Worst airline!!!!

<p>After being delayed for over 3 hours Jetstar has been unwilling to look after its customers and make alternative arrangements. Jetstar has refused to arrange for travellers to board another carrier. Furthermore, while stuck on the airplane for over 2 hours not a single refreshment or other courtesy has been offered to any customers. This is terrible customer service at all levels and poor management! </p> <p>3 hors with no update available, pathetic! </p>
