Horrible experience

<p>On 2January 2017 we were due to leave Singapore, and head to Ho Chi Minh city in Vietnam. Jetstar employees informed us that my friend with a UK passport needed a Visa as he has not been out of the country for longer than 15 days. Instead of assisting us or guiding us as to how to go about it we were told to not waste their time and to sort it out an get on another flight. It was the absolute worst service, surely the staff could have taken 2 minutes to offer us some form of guidance or point us in the right direction as to where to get the Visa. I stead we were treated like garbage. Just a note Jetstar employees...without passengers such as ourselves you won't have a job...</p>
