I contacted George at JetSet Go, who was a total stranger at the time, and he gave me advice on how to go about changing tickets or making different bookings. He was so patient. He followed up regularly and kept in touch until my daughter found a destination she could stay at until she is allowed back in SA. 5-Stars to JetSet Go Travel. Amazing human being, amazing service.
