I worked with Tyra and Shanece at JetPets to relocate my 11-year-old cat from South Africa to Finland. It is hideously expensive to relocate a cat across the world so I did my research to make sure I got a good service. I looked into several relocation companies, got recommendations from several vets and from people who have relocated with animals. I ended up with 3 companies and requested a quote. Tyra at Jetpets was by far the friendliest and most helpful person I spoke to. The other two companies kind of acted like they were too busy to answer my questions. So I called Tyra maybe a dozen times with more and more questions. She kept answering them, adjusted the quote when I asked, and remained super friendly and helpful. I also asked them about a cat hotel and they recommended Robin Fox who turned out to be absolutely amazing. But I was still anxious so I asked if I could visit their office which they were happy to accommodate. So I met the whole team and then spoke for an hour with Shanece who took me through the whole process. This lady really cares about pets. We connected on whatsapp and she kept me updated during the entire journey.

I was very worried that my old kitty was not going to survive this very long and stressful trip. But he arrived in good health, he was scared and probably a bit traumatised but to my surprise it only took him 1 day to recover and he's been the happiest kitty ever since. Relocating him with Jetpets was worth every last rand.
