Delays in refunds - beware!

My plans did not work out to move to the UK, and I already paid a deposit for my dogs relocation. Also quote changed drastically on very short notice. Needless to say, plans got cancelled and I requested a refund - which took a long while and several emails later to calculate. Filled in the refund form - it's been way over 21 days and still no refund. Basically over 44 days now.

Please be aware of a very long delay in getting a refund. Refunds takes 21 days - which turns out to not be the case, numerous calls later, with no or very poor feedback and delays and delays and delays.
