A flight to remember
A put-together team. They offered the absolute best price compared to all the companies in South Africa (trust me, I checked). They were very quick to respond and they allowed me to customize the experience so that it would fit me and my doggo. Day of they fetched her on time, I didn't hear much after that- but that was to be assumed. Once she landed we had a few things to clear her this side but overall they did a fantastic job and were very quick to respond too. They can phone, email, and WhatsApp so no matter what type of communication you prefer they seem to have you covered.
I definitely would fly my pets with them again if ever I need to again <3

30 Nov 2023, 15:23Also, we have flown over 7 pets now, mostly on our own, so this was the first time using a company. It is absolutely VITAL that your crate information and paperwork are all 100% accurate. They warned me that if my crate was rejected there would be an additional R11 000 charge. So I did my research, if the holes are bigger than 2cm, put mesh, if there are plastic nuts- put metal ones. Make sure the dog/cat can turn around in the crate and that there are funnels and bowls. Finally, zip tie all the sides and send with spare ones, in case anything else needs to be ziptied. I was lucky to not have an issue with my crate but I also put in a lot of effort, communicated with Jetpets as well, I got my measurements online and the weight to ensure accuracy. They can really only do so much for you if there is wrong information.
