Jetour T1 keys

I bought Jetour T1 in August 2026 and my problem is the keys ,how do I put things like panic buttons on and even key holders can’t get in…I went to Edenvale branch to see if they can help by putting the panic button but they tried to with no luck,I tried to but the pouch still with no luck the key doesn’t fit at

Please help cause I believe the keys are sensitive to be in my bag or lying around on it’s own
