Jetour Edenvale
Extremely disappointing after-sales service.
I purchased a brand-new Jetour T2 PHEV on 3 August 2026, and just five days after taking delivery, the vehicle developed a recurring “Brake System Repair” fault. For a new vehicle, particularly when the issue relates to the braking system, this is extremely concerning.
Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership’s after-sales service has been extremely frustrating. There has been a lot of back and forth, but despite multiple visits and attempts to have the issue resolved, the problem remains unresolved.
What has made the situation even more frustrating is the lack of communication. When I call the dealership for an update, I am often pushed from pillar to post, and on several occasions I have been promised a callback or feedback that never comes.
I cannot even obtain a direct contact number for the person dealing with my vehicle. Instead, I have to go through reception, who then transfers me to another gentleman, who has to try and locate Stephan, the person dealing with my vehicle. This makes getting a simple progress update unnecessarily difficult.
My vehicle has now been with the dealership for over a week, while my courtesy vehicle permit is also approaching expiry. This leaves me in an extremely frustrating and uncertain position, despite the fact that I am dealing with a fault on a virtually brand-new vehicle.
I am also disappointed with the lack of involvement from management. Dealer Principal Chris has not responded to my attempts to get assistance, while Sales Manager Dylan has also not taken meaningful initiative to assist with resolving the communication issues with the service department. As a customer who has recently purchased a brand-new vehicle, I expected management to take ownership of the situation and ensure that I receive proper feedback.
For me, the biggest disappointment is not simply that the vehicle has developed a fault , issues can happen with any vehicle. It is how the problem has been handled afterwards: the lack of communication, poor follow-up, difficulty getting updates, and apparent lack of urgency.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership carefully consider the quality of their after-sales support. The real test of a dealership is not only how they treat you when you are buying a vehicle, but how they treat you when something goes wrong.
Unfortunately, my experience so far has been extremely disappointing.
