Jetour Durban is taking customers for a ride

Jetour Durban failed me. I bought a car in March suddenly a Radiator started leaking . They said the car is still under warranty so it will be replaced. On Friday they called me saying they won’t recover the Radiator because it’s might be damaged by a stone. However the car never bumped into anything , no dents no scratches, nothing now they want me to pay for a new Radiator because they say it’s a mechanic issue and the warranty is only for manufacture faults. I can’t get any help from my insurance they send me back to the Dealership because the car was never involved in the accident. So now I’m stuck
