jetour dashing Momentum won't start

I bought a Jetour Dashing Momentum in May 2025.Has been serviced accordingly.2 months after sale the screen just went off .did tell them when sent for service and was told it's fixed.Still the problem persisted on 15000km service I told them again still told that it's fixed.still persisted.took it in for thorough check up was with them from 24/11 till 12/12 and 13/12 still have the same problem.Already have written warning at work due to this car .I no longer want it anymore will lodge a complaint at consumer ombudsman regarding this.was suppose to go to Durban had to cancel
