In February 2025, I bought a new Jetour from Jetour Paarden Eiland and paid for on-the-road fees, registration, and transfer of my personalised plates. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, the dealership failed to register the vehicle. After nearly a month on temporary plates, I was told to register it myself, with a promise of reimbur*****t. I had to take new plates. Eight months later, once my plates were released, I had to re-register again. This caused duplicate registration and plate costs. Invoices were submitted. Jetour SA has not responded, and the branch continues to delay payment. This is reimbur*****t for a paid-for service not delivered, in breach of the Consumer Protection Act.
