Excellent service rendered by a lady called Mandy. She is amazing and deserves to be recognised by Jetour. She goes over and above to ensure the clients are comfortable and the team overall was so friendly.

I purchased a Jetour Dashing 1.5 Deluxe for R490,000 cash in December 2025, which included an extra fee for detailing. Unfortunately, the after-sales experience has been an absolute nightmare. For three months, the dealership failed to register my vehicle. While I initially tried to be understanding, they simply kept issuing temporary plates over and over again to the point of absurdity. Fed up with the incompetence, I decided to cut my losses and buy a car from a different dealership. To unlock the value of the Jetour and move on, I offered to sell the car back to Jetour Bryanston for R355,000. I took a massive financial hit, but I just wanted the ordeal to be over. They accepted the offer, took possession of the vehicle, and promised to pay me the very next day. It has now been almost a week, and they have not paid me, nor have they provided any Proof of Payment (POP). They are now actively ignoring my calls. The customer service from the staff is shockingly poor: Brent Alberts (Manager): He is completely arrogant and dismissive. When I do manage to get hold of him, he quickly barks, "We will send you the POP," and abruptly hangs up the phone. Nothing ever arrives. Tim Nicolson (Salesman): He is equally unhelpful. When I ask him for an update on the car he sold me, he just brushes me off with, "They will call." Jetour Bryanston has taken back the car and is currently withholding R355,000 of my money with zero communication. I strongly advise anyone looking to buy a vehicle to take their hard-earned money elsewhere.
