POOR SERVICE

I bought an electric iron at JETMAT Embalenhle branch which is now closed so the iron is no longer working and still under guarantee I went to Jet stores was told they cant help me because they don't sell electric equipment so what must I do with iron which is not working please assist further. I cant drive from Embalenhle to Ermelo or Johannesburg just for exchange this is unacceptable .
