Poor quality product supp****

I purchased an Amesti Rondo 490 fireplace from Jetmaster in April 2012 and had it fitted by their recommended installer. It was used for the 2*** winter seasons. This year in June after not having used for a approximately 9 months the outside part of the flue split opened and collapsed. <br> <br> I called Jetmaster and informed them of the issue. A representative came out and inspected the unit and advised that the cause of the problem is as quoted \chimney fire and the fact that you installed black mild steel flue". This statement was really disappointing"
