not too sure if head office has closed or whether everyone is on a permanent tea break

<p>I have a Jet master installed in my guesthouse. I need parts - basically the regulating knob and instruction and regulating metal plate that indicates heat strenth. On calling the agent in my area I was basically told - they can not help me as there is no service from Jetmaster and they cant even get other clients parts. So I called myself... and low and behold ... no answer. Where does this leave me - with unhappy guests because they can not use the fireplace in their room in winter. Quite annoyed to be honest as these fireplaces are not cheap and you'd think that by going with a well known brand they would have a good customer service centre</p>
