Jetmaster: Your service sucks

Jetmaster supp**** a Griller over a year ago which started with the knobs jumping off and apparently due to the heat it was generating. They changed the burners and now it is not a Griller anymore. Numerous attempts to resolve, no communication and constant promises.

Needless to say, still not working and the sales person Tim Brock has run out of lies/ stories.

Have asked for a refund or sort the issue out.

Still Empty promises and no closer to closure.

Such bad service and arrogance!

I recommend to all using alternatives and speaking from experience!
