Jetmaster Useless Fireplace and ****y Services

<p>2 Months back i went to Jetmaster Clear Water looking for normal open fire place. we met a sales person by the name of Wayne. he managed to convince us to buy a amesti closed fire place. he also gave us an installer by the name of Kobus:</p> <p>1. the fire place is not warming the house. it just keeping on using the wood.</p> <p>2. the installer to be honest did not know what he was doing. the pipes are not properly sealed and in June when it was raining the Water came in through the ceiling as well as the fire place was filled with water. i had to call somebody to try to reaseal my roof. however the fire place still smoking and not warming the house.</p> <p> </p> <p>i called Wayne to explain my frustrations and he indicated to me that he will try to sort it out and he will call me back, even today no call has been received.</p> <p>i have also learned that Jetmaster clearwater moved to their Head office in Rooderport. i have been srtuggling to get hold of him. </p> <p> </p> <p>basically Wayne was clearing his stock so he found an opportunity cause i paid R8000 for useless fire place instead of the R6000 open fire place that i initially wanted</p>
