Vile customer service

Absolutely atrocious customer service. After waiting for 25 minutes for someone to so much as acknowledge me as a customer let alone help me, I left. The staff were rude, unwilling to assist and more eager to close up for the day then help me (which would have taken five minutes, if that). The staff made sure to lock the door, a very important task, with me still inside, ten minutes before closing time but could not be in the least bit bother to help me. I am stunned at how poorly they treat their customers, especially after reading some of the other reviews. It seems that the Menlyn branch is renowned for how rude they are and their non-existent customer service, and I don’t understand how they are still in business.
