Terrible Service from owner

<p>very terrible service from frontline stuff to the owner "Rian" from Jetline Rivonia. We ordered some print work to be done for us, promised they would be ready by 9am. 2 months down the line going in for some other print work we get presented by the previous work to pay for?? No phone call, no email to say work was completed. Firstly the lady we previously dealt with just walks away as if it's not her problem, some young man takes over and refuses us to speak to the manager claiming he is. Next thing he goes back to talk to the owner though we asked to speak to him and "Rian" the owner is being hidden from talking to his clients?? Can't even attend to your own clients?? Very poor work ethic and quite disappointing for an owner to allow employees to handle his business like that. What a circus. </p>
