Tags

On Wednesday, I contacted Jetline Braamfontein for an invoice for event tags. They sent me the invoice, and I made the payment, sent the artwork and the brief, and even attached a photo to show exactly what I needed. The artwork I provided was in portrait format, but the tags I received were in landscape format. I emailed them to complain, and they rep**** saying they didn’t have portrait pouches. What’s disappointing is that they never called to inform me about this. They also mentioned it was short notice, but they should have told me when I first made the request because I specifically mentioned I needed the tags by Saturday morning. They assured me I’d get them by Thursday, or Friday at the latest. Now I have to pay again because the tags are not suitable for the event; they’re just name tags."
