*****ing from customers

I work at DRA which is around the corner from Jetline in Sunninghill .I go there often to make prints and I usually spend lots of money with them. But today will be the last time I step into that shop. I went to make A4 Color prints and I supp**** my own paper. I asked one gentleman at the counter how much one copy would be and he said confidently R7 per page. He directed me to a lady but she Said it would cost me R3 per page. I was happy to hear the price went down so I asked her to make 15 copies. Then the manager said it was actually R3.25 per page. I was a bit angry at this point but I didn't comment as it was only R0.25 extra per page. The total price of the prints would therefore be R48.75. When it was time to pay I gave the teller R50 and she said I was short of R2. I complained and their reply was that the price they gave me didn't include the vat. I find this matter very unprofessional! I approached the manager and explained the reason for me being angry and instead of him apologizing for giving me false pretenses, he stated finding excuses which I find ********* and very unprofessional. I would like to take this matter further to the owner as the manager wasn't pleasant.
