Staff humiliate customers

The most unprofessional and unreliable service I have ever experienced. Staff think it wise to humiliate customers by allowing them in after closing (early at 16:00), making them wait and then informing you that they are actually closed and cannot help you (I was in the area and quickly needed a copy of my ID). Why let me inside in the first place? Why close early? Have you made enough money this year? This place is a disgrace. Also, it is located in a very unsafe area with constant muggings and smash and grab thefts (avoid). They also encourage you to email work to them, but then you have to phone and follow up in person several times before they attend to it. Never again.
