Poor service

I went to jet Mams mall on 2022.03.04 and I got the horrible service.i went to purchase a phone and I wanted to insure my device.The guy was was assisting me was not helping at all he told me that because I was using a TFG Account they can't assist me with he insurance.He said I must make a new card which mind due will charge me as they will report the card as lost.The guy even had the nerve to tell me that I must pray so that the phone doesn't get lost.The guy was not helping at at all and he didn't even make an effort to help me he suggested that I go to a TFG store so that they can assist me.As a customer I purchased a phone at get but I had to run around at other stores to get insurance.I went to Exact and I was assisted by a lady which was very helpful l, friendly and took an extra mile to assist me.I never want to visit any jet store and am going to make sure that I cancel my card with TFG we can't be forcing people to do the job that they are being paid for
