Overdue and just excuse after excuse

Yet again I phoned your branch today, they advised that you are not in currently. I spoke to you two days ago regarding our order. You advised that 75% of the order is there and you are awaiting the last batch that would be at your branch on Friday (03/07/2015). Today is Friday, they said our order has not arrived yet. Now I would like to specifically point out to the attached, this order has been placed and paid on the 11/06/2015!!! It is now 21 days later and still not finished???? And also with no feedback, cause if I didn't call you I would not have known where we stand with the order. How long is your normal period for this? Cause you have told me on previous occasions that it could take up to 10 days. That we are fine with. But 21 days? That's not on. I don't know how your system between departments work but seriously there is a problem. So please follow up my order because yet again we bargained for those stuff to be done within the given period, and now I don't have contracts. That means my consultant can't go see clients because they don't have paperwork. No clients = No business! Are you going to cover our loss that we occurring? <br> <br> Please sort this out ASAP!!!
