No feedback on my request

I asked in October if they could do a personalized desk calendar for me, just one. I spoke to David, he said yes. On the 17th of December i emailed my pictures through to [Email Removed] didnt get a response. i called the following day, David said he recieved it, and will forward it to their designer. i followed up everyday until the 24th of December 15, as i was told it would be done by then. but nothing. today is the 6th of Jan, and still no response. Im really not happy with this :( i really wanted that calendar.
