Lack of Customer Service

Again i find it very difficult to express my dismay in the lack of Service received from this branch. I'm not sure if the staff or the Manager is to blame but either way it is very frustrating to say the least, in order to get a simple quote from them. I was at the branch on Saturday and spoke to Simba wherein I explained to him exactly what my requirements are and even went as far in providing him with a flash drive where he could download and copy the specs. Everything was written down by him and the basic designs on most was done by me except for the business cards. I provided him with an example of what I do require. I was promised by Simba that the designer of this branch would contact me 1st thing Monday morning. Yesterday at 1pm I emailed the branch and asked what is happening as NO ONE had even thought of making contact with me. <br> Then the agony started as I received numerous quotes on incorrect items. I then asked Nick to speak to Simba as I do not have time for a Back and forth scenario, due to the lack of communication by the parties, I then sent an email last night asking for a final quote and made corrections. The designer informed me today he cannot assist me? Service
