Jetline [URL Removed] Atholl Square Bad Service

I went into Jetline [URL Removed] on 19th September 2015 at 10h04 am to have some business cards printed. They said that they can do the job and it would take 7 days as they email the request to their printer in Wynberg, Sandton (Just across the freeway) but the guy who helped me said they should be ready by Friday 25th September. On the 23rd September I received a call from the guy in the shop saying that the colours they use are different and he wants to check if all okay. I then said - it is 5 days later when did you find this out. He said on the Saturday I was with him. I then asked him to email me the cards to check and immediately called back and said it is fine.<br> Yesterday, 29th September I went past the shop to check if they were ready and was told that the driver is gone to Wynberg to collect them. I was told i should not wait as they don't know what time he will be back. Linda said he would deliver them to my house. I left my address with him. The cards were not delivered and I did not even get a call to let me know.<br> Today I called and was told it takes 7 working days. I asked the guy how many days have gone by and he said 5. Not correct.This is the last time I use them.
