JetLine Fourways Mall staff aren’t helpful and are unprofessional

The JetLine by fourways mall (Located by the banking court) isn’t at all professional. The gentlemen that work there were literally horsing around playing and hitting each other, swearing at each other and making noise. I was there to print on a Canvas and he said I can’t print there because they only print at the head office. I left not understanding what that means, should I go to the head office or?
