Jetline damages my photos
I went to the Jetline store in Rivonia, I had about 40 photographs that I wanted wire bound and I was helped by Terance Phosa.

The service I received was absolutely terrible. The photos were bound skew on the edge where they were held together by the wire binder. This is not the kind of service that is expected of a company like Jetline. I especially went to Jetline, because I expected a service of good quality and professional workmanship, instead, the photos that I had printed at Kodak were damaged, by being punched skew in the binding machine.
I had the receipt of the cost of the photos that I printed, and I suggested that he refund me that value, so that I could reprint the photos and come back to re-bind them properly. This he refused.

I find this unacceptable that employees of Jetline have no sense of responsibility to their customer's belongings. If any professional person makes a mistake in a workplace environment, they should bear responsibility for what they have done. Even after writing to the head office and store manager, there was no response and no apology.

Is this the kind of standard that Jetline sets?
