Jetline Constantia branch manager bully

Good day

I am actually very disappointed with the way we were treated by the branch manager of Jetline Constantia.

Yesterday we went to do copies, scan and bind few documents at 4pm and we find ourselves inside the shop still at 16:45pm.

The manager came to us and said he quickly wants to have a meeting with his staff so we should stop our work and come back the following day to fetch the work or we must pay each staff R350 overtime.

He even went and expel me when i was trying to assist the guys who were binding and told me to go away and be at the reception. I understand that clients are not allowed inside but i wanted to help so that the staff ca finish quickly. The manner that he addressed me, i felt like he doesn't care about the customers.

We used to have a branch manager who is now working in Cape Town and we are used to the way he was dealing with the customers. We have been with Jetline Constantia for 12 years now and this where we do our paperwork.

This will make us not to be comfortable going there.
