Horrible attitude from staff member

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I went into Jetline Printers Fox street branch, looking to print 50 Presentation folders, and was referred to a gentleman at the back. I showed the gentleman the sample I had and asked for a price quote and to see a sample ,if they had one. He refused to give me a quote saying he had given one to a guy next to me earlier (not sure what it had to do with me) and he asked why do I want to see a sample, he was very aggressive and very rude – unduly so , because I did not at any point raise my voice or address him with anything other than respect which in fact is what upset me.</p> <p>Seeing that we were not getting anywhere with the conversation, I then left but I had to inform you of this incident and to state that a colleague of mine also experienced the same treatment from this gentleman(I didn’t manage to get his name) and advised that I go to another place, I should have listened. We expect better from a reputable company such as Jetline.</p>
