Shockingly poor service. A month ago, I approached Jetline Stellenbosch for proofs for new flyers and business cards for my business, complete with artwork, wording and instructions. It was merely an update on designs that they already have. They never followed up or informed me on progress. Since last week I tried to contact them about the progress and when I can expect my proofs so that I can sign them off for printing. They kept promising to send them to me within a day, an hour, or in the next 5 minutes. Nothing of the sort happened. They also promised to phone me back, to no avail. The staff also don’t seem to know what’s going on and who works there, and they kept getting my business’ name wrong and my information mixed up. Yesterday I decided that I had enough, and went in to see them personally. The proofs they got back from their designer (in Bellville!) was a direct copy and paste of the example that I sent them, without even so much as considering the instructions that I sent them. After informing them of my intention to go to a different printing company, they then tried to sort things out there and then, but I first had to wait an hour for them to actually download CorelDraw first! Extremely poor, amateurish and unprofessional in all respects. After being a client for nearly 4 years, I have decided to terminate my business relationship with Jetline Stellenbosch, as I cannot continue to do business like this. I would advise everyone to avoid them, unless they clean up their act, and fast.
