Heavily upset

I still haven't received my order, which I placed on the 05 June 2017, it has been 5 months and 18 days, with still NO response about when I am getting my parcel.

This is Pathetic. When I follow up on the email, I get attitude regarding my follow up. I don't get informed about anything, nor any phone call. I am sick of this service.
