Have to beg countless times for a quote

I have been trying to get a quotation from Jetline Tyger Valley branch since the beginning of September!

I am basically begging and pleading for someone to care enough to send me a quotation before the actual date of my wedding, so that I can have thank you cards and programs printed!

I am also trying to get a quotation for work material to be printed.

I have phoned numerous times, and spoken to everyone from the designer to the store manager, and emailed numerous times and still NOTHING!

I am beyond frustrated that this is the level of service one of your branches delivers to consumers, and would like to bring it to your attention.

If they are not able to assist, then it would be more prudent to tell customers this upfront than to continue stringing them along and wasting a customer's time.
