Friendliest And Most Helpful Staff

I was dropped off in Greenpoint, Cape Town by an Ubber and realised I left my mobile phone in the Ubber vehicle. I had no idea what to do and ran frantically into the Jetline store on Somerset Road. I explained what happened to me and all of the staff jumped up to assist me even though they were all busy.

One guy offered me his cellphone to text my boyfriend, another advised me to use their pc to access my Gmail account to email Ubber's customer service. They pulled up a chair for me and made sure I calmed down and also provided me with the store's phone to make as many calls as I needed to.

They were very patient with me even though I did not come into the store for any prints, copies or any service they offered. I felt like I was in the way as they allowed me to sit behind the counter as one of the staff to assure that I was comfortable. They were all so sweet and concerned about me and really took an interest in me.

I would like to thank all the staff at Jetline.com for their assistance and I am very grateful for their help today.

I wish you guys all the best and will definitely recommend you to all my friends, family and clients.
