Bad service - never going back

There were 12 people in the store when I was there and noone helped me. Had to wait for a long time to be helped and there wasn't even a queue. Then, their payment system was offline, so I couldn't pay. Throughout this whole process the guy helping me would rather not have been there. Such terrible service. Not going back there.
