Bad customer service by Paul

Jetline Dunkeld West (Hydepark) generally has good service, however on two occasions I've had to deal with Paul, who is always rude , and has a don't care attitude as if he is doing a customer a favour by attending to them. Friday the 23rd I had to deal with him again rude as always and got my printing order wrong. I went to the shop today to make him aware of his mistake, and practically had force an apology out of him. No remorse, whatsoever for the inconvenience caused.
