Bad customer service

Never in my life have experienced such bad attitude. I simply asked for assistance from him to change the name on my quotation (which he messed up), 2 days ago. When i called him to follow up, And he behaved like he is doing me the favour, he responded with a \Ive been swarmed, so i haven't had time to do it, what do you expect me to do?\". When i told him that i need it asap he responded with a sarcastic \"OK ill drop everything for and do it for you\". I am disgusted by his behavior, he should not be dealing with customers if that is the attitude he is going to have."
