Bad colour quality for photobooks printing

I printed my family album for years at another printing company but decided to try out Jetline printers. The quality is terrible!!! I've never experienced this at the other well known photobooks company (so I know the problem is not with my photo's). There seem to be a colour/shading missing. The details on the faces are missing, especially with photo's that has more warm light. They said they will reprint it, but said it didn't make any difference after printing 1 or 2 pages. So say gave back the book without reprinting it.

I will never ever print my photobooks at Jetline again or recommend their service to anyone.
