Bad attitude

I sent an email to Fox Street Branch of a leaflet that I wanted to print. I requested that they quote me and I gave them the quantity that needed to be printed. I got no response so I decided to drive there from Soweto to get a quote and make payment as this was urgent. When I got there I was told by some old woman who I assume to be manager that everyone was busy and no one could assist me and that I should leave my details for someone to call me back. I explained that its not that easy as I come from far and that what I needed to be done would not even take five minutes of her time. She told me that there was nothing she could do and I should come back when they are done which whatever they were doing. Now I could not understand what was is that kept everyone so busy that no one could spare five minutes for walk in clients. I asked her whether I should look for another jetliner she said yes go elsewhere. I was very disappointed and confused by the service at that branch.
