Amazing Service Glendine ! Montana Crossing Branch

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I went in today to print some flyers for my business. Around 3pm on Thursday 23 March 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was really full and every one wanted to be helped. I have worked as a Travel Agent at Flight Centre and know the importance of Customer Service and coping with many clients at once. </p> <p> </p> <p>Glenda( I think it was Glenda or Glendine sorry can't remember :( ) handled the clients so well! Oh my, there were maybe 4 other people working but she was at the store front. She dealt with a lady before me and while the lady was resending an email she dealt with me and while my USB couldn't load she dealt with another lady. She did it so EXCEPTIONALLY dealing with 3 people at once without making anyone feel like they were not of importance. It's so easy for other clients to feel less important when you juggle them with other clients. I don't know how she did it. The two guys at the table were working so slow. She managed to just make me patient enough and she ended up helping me right through. I was there for about 45minutes, this is a long time and so easy for me to complain but not with Glenda there! </p> <p> </p> <p>I asked her if she was the manager but she said no she had just been working there for 3 years. Even the clients greet her so nicely and know her!</p> <p> </p> <p>She definitely deserves a raise, bonus , promotion or something! She kept the Montana Crossing branch together, I could not believe how great she is! </p> <p> </p> <p>Please recognise this woman! She is a black lady. Not so tall and with short hair (describing her because I don't know if I got her name right, I read her badge but had other errands after that so I forgot haha)</p> <p> </p> <p>I will I'll always go back to that branch now haha! </p> <p> </p> <p>Wow wow wow!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Pearl</p> <p> </p>
