Who cares, you're just a customer, we've got work to do

I have been doing my printing with Jetline in Blairgowrie for many years. The Blairgowrie office closed and the one in Ferndale opened. I haven't enjoyed many of my experiences there since the change, the atmosphere is frosty but today took the cake. I arrived to do my printing and stood by the counter while 4 people looked up, looked away and ignored me completely! No greeting, no smiles, no how can I help you, no someone will be with you shortly! I will never do business with them again. (This excludes the service from Grace who is, and always has been lovely - unfortunately she was busy with something when I arrived but chased me down the stairs to apologise once she had been alerted that a customer had just arrived...... and left!)
